A lovely cat in a scummy part of Toronto -- picture taken a couple of weeks ago. The snipped ear indicates to cat rescue groups that she has been spayed and vaccinated and that she is part of a recognized colony. Otherwise it's hard to keep track -- especially with colonies made up of numerous black cats!
